Still getting on the scale often because just like money, the scale is only a tool.

It is neither evil or good, just a reflection of my habits.

No doubt. I need to get on the scale for reality check - not judgment. I check my blood pressure, sugar, Heart Rate Variability and lately been slacking on weight because my belly seems too fat. Sharon!! don't turn your back on me!!! I will weigh in every friday going forward like i did when i was in weight watchers. Thanks Ches. t
