My sister left this morning, which gives me time to get back on track this month! Been eating and drinking way over target and not exercising. Will be doing 600-800 calories per day for the next week or so... 243.5... Wow!
109.7 kg Lost so far: 37.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
