if only I could get my treadmill in the garden I'd use it loads more I do it every morning though still but be nice to do it on the fresh air and sun 🌞 

Well you can see the benefits it’s given Jo so like me we’re lucky that we have equipment to use 👍 

Absolutely it's come part of my daily routine even if routine is a little different atm this is still the same I'm not letting my efforts go to waste 😂
