Doing my best to keep calm while all others are freaking the fck out.

Do not let external influences dictate my internal dialog.

Plan on having two protein shakes today one for breakfast and the other for lunch since there is no good quality food around (fast food will not enter my body)

Dinner will be a frozen beef patty and a seltzer.

Calories will be low today.

This is my plan.
