Ellfie yes no problem recipe is:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 spoon of bicarbonate of soda
1/2 spoon honey
1/2 cup coconut oil ( melted n cooled)
3 eggs
Lemon zest to flavour ( I used about half lemon for zest/grated finely)
1/2spoon vanilla extract
1/4 spoon of sea salt
1 cup blueberries
Mixed together ( should make about 10 small muffins) .. only have USA recipe(cups n spoons) but I bought some little plastic measuring cups from home bargains for about £2.
