Got food for this week pretty much planned out- low everything in the hopes of fixing the damage this weekend did. Does anyone have any low carb (super low carb. Not doing keto but staying below 50g a day as much as possible) recipes or meals they would recommend? Everything I'm finding screams its low carb and then the nutrition says very differently. Meanwhile I'm nowhere near my calorie limit for the day. It's ridiculous how complicated I'm finding this ☹️

Carb zone pasta is great. Low carb but high protein and know you were a little grrr at too much protein 😂

I'm thinking lasagna in next week's shop, but with either leek or cabbage as layer instead of pasta. I've also order pasta and wraps of carbzone they are low in carbs and wraps is another choice for lasagna layer. A healthy fake away kebab too is on my list.

Tom, I'm doing much better at the protein now lol! Under 100g-ish instead of over 200g every day! Pretty sure I'd need to be a body builder to need that much haha! Shel, cabbage instead of pasta for lasagna layers sounds so good!
