Avocado!
now if the eat avocado our fat goes through the roof, but it's good fat and the cal counter doesn't know this as it's a superfood.

yes I've noticed this. I eat avocado most days so therefore go over my 1400 cals a day but I know it's good fats n super food. I eat clean but use calorie counting just to stabilise my weight x
