They say that if you consume too much sodium (salt) and carbs that could raise your blood pressure, I've looked up the ultimate foods that help lower blood pressure 🙂 leafy greens 🥗, berries 🍓, red beets 🍠, skim milk & yoghurt🥛, oatmeal, bananas 🍌, salmon/mackerel/fish 🐟, seeds (unsalted), garlic & herbs 🌿, dark chocolate 🍫, pistachios, olive oil, pomegranates, kiwi 🥝, watermelon 🍉, avocado 🥑, mushroom 🍄, sweet potato 🥔, tomatoes 🍅, bean, lentils, cinnamon & apple cider vinegar 🍏🍎 👍🏻 hopefully these foods can give you some ideas to whip up some tasty recipes including smoothies and instantly lower your BP 🙂 It seems much more powerful than taking medication.
I wish they had more emoji's for the rest lol
