I’ve had a REAL crappy weekend, I felt so down and dwelled on a certain situation, so I ended up drinking a few gins on Saturday, and 2 small wines yesterday but I still I ate well and I’m really happy with my loss and hopefully adding a bit of exercise to my routine this week will help :)
