Visited my daughter in college over the weekend and had two splurge days. Went up to 253.8, but back to 250.0 this morning after a back on track day. Beginning two fast days today so hopefully will be at a new low on Friday morning. But then on to another out of town trip for a Navy reunion! That will be another fun challenge.
113.0 kg Lost so far: 34.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
