Woke at 233.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Water is SLOWLY starting to move out. Going to do eat lightly today and tomorrow in preparation for Jason's birthday dinner out at Mama Stella's on 12/31. UPDATE: Had green beans and a protein bar for lunch. Still holding onto water. Pre-dinner weigh in was 234.6.
