Wasn't going to weigh in until next weekend but I'm feeling so uncomfortable with all the food I've been eating, I decided to face the results of my overeating today. This will focus my mind on trying to eat healthily again. Best wishes everyone with your own weigh in and I hope you had a great Christmas.
