Eating will be off the map. I plan to go to the gym tomorrow... so... I'm going to use that as an excuse for insanely 'carbing up'.
Please understand, this is total BS# on my part 🤣😆
I will also try to get in a run, just to do something 'truly positive'. However, expect a weight gain over the next two days...
