Hey FS Family,

I've been silent for a hot minute... 94 days to be exact.

I came close to Onederland in my last post and I blew it. Got excited/scared. Got relaxed. (I was also close to Onederland back in 2017 -- I guess I like to drag things out)

I don't want to count calories because people 75 years ago, people didn't. To get the scale moving again in the right direction again, I will.

Ultimately, I figure if I eat 80% real foods and 20% fake, I should be good.

I will have to log foods again. I will figure out how to squeeze in some exercise at least 2 x a week until I figure out a way to squeeze in another workout. I have a new project on my plate. Getting up @ 4:30 AM, leaving the house 4:50 AM and walking back in the door around 7 PM after a long day and now having to weave in this project, time with family, dinner and in bed my 10 will be a challenge but I am up to it.

I am a fighter not a whiner. I will put up my weight by the end of this month and own it. (I weigh myself weekly and see the trend change and the trend the last 94 days was not my friend)

I Hate Labels.... I will not call This Calories In Calories out. The fat in my body is stored energy. I also get get energy from calories that I eat. If I eat less food energy than my body needs, it will get the needed energy from the fat cells and I will loose weight PERIOD, no matter what diet I follow ((some diets make eating less foods easier because they are satiating, wink ))

All foods logged for the day including dinner. The struggle is real.

Welcome Back. If you get a chance I strongly recommend checking out The Game Changers (Jackie Chan and Arnold Schwarzenegger produced it) if you haven't seen it already. I found it inspiring and hope you will to.

Welcome back! Dude, just log daily. Then do whatever you want 👍🏾😜, but nothing good ever came when we don't log everything everyday :)

75 years ago we didn't have modern conveniences and food wasn't so cheap and delicious. We could make good tasting meals, but they took more effort and were probably more satiating. I wish I didn't have to count either, but I know after all of these years that it is a necessity for me and many others. You've got this!
