Two things: you look nowhere near 16 1/2 st in the first pic, and you look nowhere near 12 1/2 st in the second. I can only think you're about 7 feet tall :-) You look amazing!

Thank u all. To the comment about me being 16 and a half stone on the first pic ( to be honest I was probably more) and the 2nd pic I am now 12 and half stone from what my scales tell me. I am actually 6ft tall and carry most of my weight on my arse and and thighs and I was a size 20 . Now a size 14 . Believe me I know I have lost weight as my size 20 clothes are now massive and i am unable to wear them.

Well done Cathy you should be so proud, have you any tips, apart from eat less move more, did you just stick to calories or was there a diet plan like slimming world you stuck too, I'm toying with the idea to go to slimming world or weight watchers 😂 x

Only advice I have that's helped me is look at paleo/primal lifestyle. I dont eat any processed foods and low carb. High good fats like avocados, nuts and cook in coconut oil . I dont eat bread, rice or potatoes ( only sweet potatoes) . I also stopped drinking alcohol last Christmas which has really helped me x
