Woke at 223.0, down .8 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner and then targeting 1000-1100 calories. UPDATE: Came home at 220.8. That works! Ate about 1100 calories for dinner. I pulled out some sausages, but the calorie hit was too high for the protein. So I had sharp cheddar cheese, sardines in olive oil with sriracha, and a protein shake with an extra scoop of protein powder in it. Got 100 grams of protein about just over 1100 calories!
