So first DD says she will go with me this afternoon....then she says she isn't. So I say okay and get ready and go get on the treadmill. She comes looks at me and I say "what's up" she says when you are done will you help me with sit-ups...I say "sure". Then she goes out and comes back in and says "do you want to go outside?" and I say, "for what - walking?" and she says, "yes"...lol. I say "sure just let me know when you are ready" and I keep on with my Couch to 10k for 17 minutes. Going to round her up to walk/jog.
