I've lost 10lb in just over 1month. I've never counted calories before . definitely something I will continue doing. I have around 7lb to lose to be at a healthy weight, just wondering how much to up calories once I reach my target . I'm currently on 1400 a day , low carb and good fats. Mainly following primal/paleo lifestyle
