I'm trying to decrease the 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee! Oh, but I love my Italian coffee made in the moka pot every morning. Good morning!

Are you joking? 😁 With winter coming on? Nope, only cut back the sugar. We are Washingtonians! What is wrong with you, love2? 😁

Yes, Jazzy... And already it is so dark when I see my one lad off in the morning. But, It is sunny today for us isn't it?! Well at least for me. Tomorrow not so much...cloud and rain on the way... Liv, it really is so good! Such rich, smooth coffee and not ever bitter! 😁

I am very, very fortunate...I like my coffee black 95% of the time. BTW, coffee is a food group ;-)

Thanks, JC, L Rueda, Becc! Love2, I just have one or at most 2 cups a day, but I feel desperate loss if I don't get some!! 😁

I have a pot like that. Haven't used in awhile because I'm impatient. Yours looks good

Yes, Steven! Whoa... I wrote "Steven" and my phone suggested 👣! Gosh! Anyway, yes, I am actually learning to enjoy black. Never thought I would. I used to have sugar and now I can't stand my coffee sweet. 😁 Progress!

Oh, tatauu! It is so quick! But, I actually start with hot water, so it takes less than five minutes start to clean up! So worth it!

Your rich coffee looks delicious. I like all kinds of coffee but Moka breaks my IF, so always Turkish coffee or espresso is my choice. In my opinion, coffee is tastier without sugar.👍🏻

Maybe that's what I was doing wrong. I didn't start with hot water. lol. May pull it out and try

Safa, I use my moka pot when IF too. I just don't add any cream then! It is a very strong coffee that some call a reverse espresso since the steam is forced up through the grounds rather than down. This one makes a couple "shots" of coffee into which I add some milk or cream or just drink black. I would love to try your Turkish coffee!

I'm sure I will get disapproving lectures, but I use fat-free half-and-half. I LOVE your cup; hand thrown, I'm sure! 💚💛💜 My grandmother used to buy green coffee beans and roast them herself. Then she would grind only enough for the day and make her coffee in a little porcelain clad, French-drip pot, pouring hot water, a little at a time, over the grounds, and serve it in a demi-tasse, filled only half full, and top it with heavy thick cream from the cows she had milked that morning. The BEST coffee I have EVER experienced! 💛💚💜

Tatauu, I find the quality of the coffee you start with always makes a difference too! I use an espresso type so the grounds are quite fine. Hope you try it again! We have five regular coffee drinkers in the house, and everyone prefers taking a moment to make this. We are all on different schedules, but we do have a couple pots in case there is a "run on" coffee! 😁
