1349 calories. Over 900 calories at lunch. All was going ok. But kids wanted pizza and I slipped into just over 4 slice this was around 12 noon. So the thought straight after that was stick to green tea only. Trying to have nothing tell tomorrow 9/10am. Won’t have dinner but only thinking protein. But a hover around the house could feel calories burn. Seem hard time to get through tell breakfast tomorrow. But hope after a shower we’ll be guided better.🤞🏽
