I think I'm going to stop tracking calories for now. It's really hard to admit but I think I have some kind of eating disorder... I don't think tracking and weighing and that stuff is healthy for me. It's scary and I need time to figure this out. I'll see how it goes, hopefully it'll reduce the stress...

I’m really sorry about what you’re going through. It’s a tough and stressful time for you. At least you can recognise it which is really important. You need to take some time out and focus on yourself. I know it’s really hard but slowly you will start feeling better. I know it’s hard to talk about things with family especially parents but you could try and write them a letter explaining how you feel and what you’re going through. It’s not fair that you’re going through this on your own. You may not want to see or talk to a doctor but it is really important you get seen by your GP. You could go to the doctors and ask to see a doctor who is understanding, sympathetic in MH and eating disorders. There are also helplines that you could contact. Please don’t suffer in silence. It could make you feel worse. Sending you hugs x
