Woke at 235.9, up 5.1 from yesterday after a huge buffet dinner and cake and ice cream last night for a friend’s birthday. Driving six hours back home today so light fare on the road. UPDATE: Made it back to 232.8 before dinner. Had some chicken, a slice of sharp cheddar, and a bottle of wine. Yes, you read that right!

it takes roughly 30 to 40 hours to digest food completely. Get back with us after that and let us know if you gained any. probably .2 lbs will be it.
