I'm trying to like coffee... I tried making a cappuccino, and by adding hot chocolate mix to make more of a mochaccino type thing made it not too bad haha. Anyone got any other ideas I could try? All my friends like coffee and sometimes I really do need that boost of caffeine too!

I have to say coffee is one of my guilty pleasures, I treat myself to one Nespresso (decaf) per day x

Try ‘Beanies’ they do all kind of flavours, cookie dough, caramel, choc mint. I’m not a huge coffee fan, but these are really nice (Sainsbury’s sell jars) and only 2cals per cup! 😃

AndromedaCassie, sorry for Hijacking this post but this is important. Gilly Fizzy - I wanted to comment on jess eltons post to reply to you but she has since made her profile private. They way you spoke to her is disgusting, to insult someone with an eating disorder can be incredibly damaging to their mental health. Someone eating so little needs ongoing support, they don't need to be told they are pathetic and to get over it. I can assume by your actions that you have never suffered from or had to support someone with an eating disorder so you need to know that just like any other mental health condition (depression, anxiety etc) it is life consuming. A number of people on here who are trying to lose weight will likely be suffering from binge eating disorder however I doubt you would be so quick to criticise and insult if they posted a picture of a high calorie meal they had just consumed. Please think about your words to people in the future, you need to understand how much damage you might be doing to someone and how much hard work you may unravel by a few simple words. When previous attempts to support someone have failed that doesn't mean you get to insult them, eating disorders are a serious and ongoing battle that take a Lot of time to overcome. Think about what kind of person you consider yourself to be and align your behaviour with your beliefs in the future. I hope you don't see this as an attack, but maybe something you can think about. How would you want people to behave towards you if it were you in that situation.

No problem kittlebean, some things do need to be said. I also suffer with an eating disorder. I know how hard it is, so thank you for defending Jess.
