Woke at 231.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Despite getting weight back down, my work belt fit tighter today. Will keep on going. UPDATE: Did 16:8 today with a meal out at noon with some of my team. Got home at 231.0. Liking that, but still have a significantly bigger belly than when I left! Got to keep after it.
