Woke at 236.6, down 6.0 from yesterday as a sub-1500 calorie, low carbohydrate day helped me continue to drop the vacation water weight. Based on the amount I overate, I'd warrant that at least 2-3 pounds of my gain was fat, so I'll have some ongoing work to do! UPDATE: Weighed at 5:30 and got hit 236.6 again.
