I think I'm going to try fasting. Hopefully it will help with the evening hunger.

Thank you, right now I'm just testing out things that may help me but thanks for the tips!

Intermittent Fasting really does work I have tried it but ……. If you can workout a routine that doesn't over/under feed your body, eat a good variety of whole foods and avoid anything saying low/zero fat then all the better Longevity works out better than an unsustainable fad/diet I am finding out now
