no I went way over my calorie allotment for today. l had company, and we had fried fish, garlic potatoes lettuce salad (the only good thing) KFC style coleslaw, homemade bread, Bud light, and cherry pie and ice cream. Wow, big load on my tummy.

Oh yeah I loved the food, and I love to eat. I am not very selective in my diet.that's why I have had to be more strict with myself in the last couple years.
