Past 4 days of really good eating. I feel so much more confident and happy. I feel so great, and my weight is going down (albeit slowly at the moment), but I have written down an excersice routine that takes about 20 minutes that I'm trying to do every day, which is really helping too. Hopefully I'll start seeing some quicker results soon, but anything is good I guess!
