hi, so I stopped drinking alcohol in January, first came the sugar cravings but got them under control now. Not sure if anyone else has stopped drinking but I just ate loads n couldn't be arsed to exercise and had absolutely no energy so I kicked the habit. 6 months now and 2stone lighter . Definitely the right decision
