OMAD M - F and two meals with family on the weekends seems to be working for me. I got tons of energy and I don’t count calories which I despise. (Stopped logging foods back in May)

Very nice chesgreen. Pleasure to see and read. I used an exercise app that reported on the weight of the body fat consumed during an exercise session. Loved it. In my mind I could imagine 3oz body fat was burned away from somewhere. Calories means nothing in my mind, and body too. It is a true pleasure to hear you've gone far beyond calories, and focus on what really matters.

I have found OMAD the easiest diet I have ever done. I do keep calories but I just use fatsecret as a rough guide. Even when I went out and did normal stuff like eating and drinking it didn't impact my diet.
