I was so proud of that tiny bicep lol. Still proud I the little one I have now 😉. If you look lovely at the top two pics you can see a vein starting to poke out. Not sure why you men love them so much but thought I’d point it out. Couldn’t get a good view of the “X” on my arm when I use the row machine but did capture the vein. Now if only my hips and thighs were losing fat like my arms. So much for not being able to spot reduce fat. Seems I’m good at it on my arms but nowhere else 🤣.

Well done and don’t forget that your triceps are more important IMO ;) I use sauna suits when running and waist wraps as much as possible. I use ankle weights when running or walking as well. Good luck on the ‘spot’ weight loss on specific areas and it’s possible as an FYI :)

I just looked on the net and found ‘thigh wraps’ - I didn’t know they had those and would definitely help you! I’m a guy so not for me lol ...best of luck!!!

No, spot reduction is not possible and wraps do nothing besides make you sweat. Sweating does not burn calories is just makes you uncomfortable. Great job, Peeper!

Good work! Spot reduction may not work, but I do believe in training problem areas so you can feel the change beneath the fat layer. Feeling abdominal ridges gave me a mental boost.

Looks great! My understanding is that it’s not about spot reduction, but where our bodies store fat and where we lose fat first. While we can’t change those aspects, we can work out, build muscle and reduce fat to show that lean mass!

Short on time but I do wanna day I ride the fence on spot reducing. Honestly I reduced the fat in my arms only. Yet it wasn’t so much me as what my body wanted I think lol. I think spot reducing can happen in a very small amount. I know it’s not possible to lose from one spot then another then another through workouts and diet. We all are preprogrammed I think to gain/lose in certain spots first (therefore spot reduction). I like the idea of wraps. It worked for my torso BUT that was after surgery and basically I lost water from fat cells and my skin shrank up some. (I wore the thing a bit extra and I was at 1200 kcal before and after surgery) I read that it’s kinda like a waist trainer but your body goes back without regular daily use. I’m not fond of the darn thing so I’ll deal with my waist 😉.

@chris I think so! Did someone mention koolaid? Now I want some strawberry kiwi koolaid! Too many calories for a drink though! @Tom&@love2 that’s my plan! I do work our arms more and they lost more fat so that’s a point for spot reduction even though it’s not technically possible. Perhaps it moved from the front to the back of my arms rather than left? 😳🤪. Tom, love those ab lines too. I can see mine at the right angle. Can feel them when I flex. I actually almost always hold my tummy tight because it’s more comfy that way for me.
