I messed up a lot today which makes me sad. I ate about 800 calories over my goal. My prom is in 8 days and I'm really not happy with myself, especially my arms. Exams are going OK but I can clearly see myself losing energy, so I keep eating, because I need the energy, but it still hurts. I keep getting massive cravings for chocolate and stuff, which mentally hurts. I exercise, but it never feels like enough. Regulating revision, exercise and a bit of down time is hard. I hope it'll get better.
