My husband was at home, we were moving, and we ate restaurant food every day, breakfast lunch and dinner 😋🤯🐷

Yesterday I did OMAD, I suppose that I already lost the water weight. I really forgot to weigh in yesterday morning before drinking water.

I will be doing OMAD the rest of the week. It's easier for me to eat less that way right now, because I am really want to continue eating all the food from my last two weeks, but I don't want to gain more weight. 😐jaja Although after all those calories I am feeling ok(not feeling fat, or bloated)

No cooking at all? I bet that was pretty expensive also..

We moved the the dishes first, then the stove, when the stove was here we had to do some changes because the stove was working with natural gas in the other house. We also eat a lot with family when he is here. I cooked 4 days the first week i think, I started cooking again Friday this past week, and yes, you will spend more money at the restaurant but actually my husband likes that,it seems 🤔. But he will complain about the grocery bills over $200 🤷‍♀️

My bride and I both work too and she works hard keeping the home fires burning. It’s hard for me to demand she cook much on weekends also. We cook together a bit and I like to smoke up healthy meats etc on the weekends too. It works for us.

3.5 yrs to retirement! 🤞

60pack that is great, my husband loves to cook too, but now with my new lifestyle I prefer to eat my own food, because he don't care about calories and I do. I cook two different meals or he will cook his and I cook mine. Other times we eat the same food.

3lbs doesn’t seem that bad with the surplus of calories. It could have been much worse. But you have a plan to fix it so just keep it up! 💪 Throw in some extra weights and you’ll be back to normal in no time 😃

Thank you guys, and yes with a daily Average of 2800-3000 I was expecting to gain more weight. I guess I was working harder than I thought. 💪 This is my first time eating this much for two whole weeks in a long time.

yes, I have always known that what I need is a real job, I used to be at this weight before without counting calories, but I was working hard and with a little to not time to eat during the day, just a big dinner. 16oz of coffee with milk and sweet bread for breakfast, lunch just once in a while and working hard, that was my secret. 🤹‍♀️
