This is probably OK. Did a carb nite on Friday, ate ULC since, nothing so far today, and did a 35 minute walk wearing a 27lbs weight vest yesterday. I feel ok. I'm still carrying water from the CN obviously. I came out of the weighted walk well, I think you place your feet differently when you're carrying a weight high about your person. I learned I can do this without setting my damaged back off too badly, it did complain a bit but not too much. All good.
