I am feeling ok, I guess, this is my new normal?
Or Am I used to the discomfort? 🤔🤷♀️

Sometimes we make quick moves & the heart rate spikes.

I hope you find an answer soon.

That's a pretty big jump. Anything 60-100 is considered the normal range. I would let your doctor know if you haven't already. You aren't dehydrated?

Thank you guys. I already saw the doctor, she did not find me anything about.

I am exhausted, I don't work like I did yesterday and today since long time ago. 😰😴💤

Srossca it was an old outfit, I was getting ready to go to clean my new house, I am moving. 😊🙏

Well, I'd say it's stress from moving! While your brain can be rational and you might be excited about the move, your subconscious is clueless about WHY you are moving. All your body knows is that you are leaving the safety of your home, and so there must be DANGER.

Thank you, Coni, my heart rate has been high for about a month or so. But that makes sense, this morning it's in the 60's bpm range. The doctor did not gave me an answer for it. I will see my doctor again in 4 weeks.
My vitamin D level is a little low, perhaps it's the reason.
This is just strange, because it used to be in the 80-90 range after my exercise routine. , I am also getting older ,so, probably another reason, my body is changing. 👵🏽😂🤔

Could it be stress related?? I think that could raise your heart rate.

Thinking about coffee? Sometimes I notice my heart rate goes up when thinking about things. Sometimes it’s something simple like seeing my cute kittens. Other times it’s because the hubby grabbed me from behind to scare me lol. Sometimes I just can’t figure it out. My HR health graph shows it all over the place throughout the day most days.
