Hello everyone I am new to this group, I was just wondering what kind of plan you are all doing? Are you counting calories and at the same time eating a balanced meal or are you eating less carbs, or perhaps eating whatever you like but staying within your daily calorie allowance?

Hi Abdulla80, I think everyone does it differently. For me, I'm concentrating on eating balanced meals and keeping overall calories reduced.
