Ending the day with a filling 786 calorie meal that I slowly ate over 20 minutes so I didn’t get back up to pile more on my plate. As a matter of fact, I should end April with an avg of under 1700 calories and 111 carbs. Thank you fasting for teaching me discipline and control. Bring it on May!!!
