Morning everyone, my current calories for each day is 1800 but I'm thinking of changing it takes 1500 as 1800 is a bit much and I'm using leaving 300 - 400 calories each day anyway. What do you guys thinks?

If you are happy and satisfied on 1500 then why not? You could always save up the calories for days when you purposely eat more calories to keep your metabolism guessing.
