Hey everyone, been a bit demotivated this week and hoping to get back on it tomorrow. Anyone got any advice to keep me motivated?

It's tough isn't it? You don't have to write off the whole day/weekend/week/month etc., your next meal is ALWAYS the most important. We all have different reasons for committing to a healthier WOE, what motivated you to start in the first place?

I've been doing so well but I've recently moved and given up a little. The reason I started was weight loss and to get fitter. I've managed to get from 19st to 16st but I really want to reach my goal of 11st and being able to run 5k 😊

Just reading your comments on your postings, last year I decided to make a life change, went from being 98.2 kg down to maintaining a weight of 68-69kg, I put my weight loss down to a better diet and enjoying 3-4 runs a week, average run is 3-5 miles and I do park runs for fun on a saturday, getting into running was hard work but I used the bupa 0-5km as my inspiration and it worked very well, keep up the hard work it's very rewarding in the end,
