Very long work day yesterday - started at 5am and finished up at 9:30pm then I needed to have some down time and was back up at it this morning. Have a little 'lag' time here waiting for some count sheets to come in.

I weighed this morning and my weight was up some...not sure what is up with that but I won't record it today and will wait and record it tomorrow. Hopefully, it will be back to where it was.

Time to get some coffee and bacon. :) I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Jaime, that's a very long day. Sometimes just the added stress and lack of sleep will keep you from losing and even cause a gain. Don't stress it unless it's an often occurrence. Have a great day at work. Hopefully they won't wear you out today.

Thanks Rachel; I know you are right. I am now in "hurry up and wait" mode...lol. Hurry up and now waiting for re-counts to be checked and sent (if need be) and re-entered. While I was waiting I did manage to get some laundry folded and put away and another load going. Got the bed made and myself 'made'..haha. Got my kitchen cleaned and so now checking in here while I twiddle my thumbs.

Definitely what Rachel said. Long, atypical schedules with unusual eating and rest times create problems, so might as well just go right on and ignore whatever's coming up on the scale. Wait until your schedule is back to normal....if our schedules are EVER "normal"! - and weigh in then. Have a restful weekend once you've finished up.

Thanks Sandy! I will plug away and do what I am supposed to do and take a serious look on Monday (we all know I will look again tomorrow morning though...LOL).

Hi Jaime, don't get discouraged or worry yourself sick.. You know the weight can fluctuate not only day to day but morning to night.. So hang in there, you are doing great! BTW.. You look great on the profile pic ;)... have a great day/weekend.

I see on your food diary - you use the K-cups for your coffee.. I use the keurig machine as well.. How do you log your coffee? do you have it stored in the food database?

Hey Dorothy on the K-cups I actually found the use one that I am currently using already loaded in the food data base. Try searching by K-cup and possibly several options should come up then you can see if yours are there. Otherwise you may have to add it. Angie - thank you for the compliment :) I just took that picture last week. Can definitely tell a difference in my face than from 15# ago..lol.
