Yesterday was a LONG day with the late night before. Of course, when I’m tired my body wants to graze more. I recognize that and was careful. To top it off work was a 13 hour day. Enough time to cook dinner and make it to a Fire meeting that was another two hours. I was too tired to sleep last night. Ugh!! Didn’t get a run in or anything. Today is DH appt so if I wrap work up on time I’ll have time to get at least a quick mile. Then get ready to meet him.
On another note I’m trying to STAY OUT OF MY HEAD about my flu exposure. It’s typicslly 1-4 days for incubation after exposure. Monday was first potential exposure and Tuesday was second potential exposure. I do have a bit of a runny nose but not constant. Other than that I’m fine. I’m drinking lots of hot tea, staying hydrated, taking my vitamins and probiotic. I think I’m fine!! My bodies stronger and healthier and it’s like “bug off”, literally. At least that’s the mindset I’m carrying to keep everything boosted.
