Woke at 231.8, up 1.8 after a several late night beers and snacks. Fasting today but won't make it for 36 hours because Denise long ago purchased tickets for us to attend a charity dinner tonight. So I will make it about 22 hours or so. The alternate day fasting has been very easy but I have not seen the results yet. And Monday starts my two-week diet break, where I will try to eat as many calories as I burn and I'll eat 100-150 carbs per day. UPDATE: Lots of movement today thanks to draft beer. Got down to 228.6 at 5:30. Off to a teacher appreciation dinner with Denise.
