Woke at 228.6, down 1.2 from yesterday. More happy hour diet strategy. Business breakfast today. I actually ate toast and butter with a fabulous steak and eggs breakfast. UPDATE: Three square meals today. Ate a nice salad at lunch and then did a pound of steak and peppers for dinner. Before that, weighed 227.4.
