I still have work to do... :)

A 25 BMI is "High"
(the "High" indicator was blinking and the picture caught it when the blinking light was 'off')

My 'goal' is 15% body fat.
I think I can do it...

I can see that, but hey, it's Sunday and your weight is still in the 60's . I hope you are having a great day!

@Keilin_4 - Thanks :) This will be the week I go for a true 'net' loss. I hope to hit 164lbs by Saturday. But, as always, we will see... 😉

I agree, BMI is not the most reliable method to judge progress and I no longer consider it important for me. A lot of people depend more on body fat percentages...

It is the body fat reading that I am concerned with. The BMI is just a good 'goal' to hit for me.

I just scheduled my 2nd DEXA scan, almost 1 year exactly apart. The March special was $50! Super cheap! Can't wait to see the difference of 40-50lbs!

With my frame I'm always going to be "obese" for my BMI

You CAN do it! Cheering you on!!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Is that your machine or did you go somewhere to have these numbers calculated?

You numbers guys! I wish I was better at it! So...25 is high? Is that just for men? What is the "right" body fat reading???

@answer - It's just a $30 device I bought on Amazon, but it is the cheapest way to get a decent fat reading. @Katies71 - the 25 is bmi, that is just the height vs weight calculation. All I care about is the fat percentage.

I’m surprised it’s as high as that but no worries! You are well on your way!!
