Its not all about calories. Cauli does have few calories, but by the same token it has very few nutrients either. its just padding. Sorry but unlike others I like taste and nutrients. I am certainly not decrying your choice, just stating a fact.

But isn't also loaded in vitamins and fibers ? And antioxidants as well ? Thought it was quite recommendable.

If you look at the available nutrients for the weight, then you would have to eat far more than you could get by eating other food stuffs.
As I said it is personal choice, as I find caulli not to have a great deal of taste, which is why you see sauces used with it a lot.
I agree portion size is hard. but I don't rely on portion sized meals alone anyhow. Have you ever noticed that you can eat certain foods and you feel full for longer, whereas you can eat a calorie controlled meal and have it last half the time. I have not said you eat unhealthy, so don't see why you are puzzled. I have merely stated that you could eat a well balanced meal that tastes great, makes you feel full for longer, rather than limit yourself to plain caulli.
I do hope you are not hurt by my comment as it is only intended to help.
I do tend to think people give in trying, because the food they eat is not nutrient rich and inviting.
