Just started using this app. It's taking me time to figure out how to use it. Is there a way to customize the calorie intake. I think 2100 calories a day is too much for me to maintain my current weight.

Hello Jeanpiatt! Under the Reports tab on my phone there is a small icon in the upper right corner. I’d start there with many of your setting. I show my maintenance calories as about 1900 there. That should be my daily max but if I’m eating on my plan that day I try to do a 500 cal deficit and only eat about 1400 cal. Yeah right, last 30 days has not been good but it IS a new year! Good Shedding! Good supportive people and good info here! Welcome !
