Keith silly haha I did something like that last year, but it's hard when you have a family that loves to feed you, I am so thankful for the IF-OMAD thing I discovered that this year and it was a life changing , now I can enjoy two meals per day and still losing weight , or a big dinner with my ❤ without problems 😋
