I've been staying away from FS because I'm fat and undisciplined. Too much of "I'll get to it tomorrow" and not enough of "will this bite help me or hurt me"
Dropping my carbs to below 10 today and going to return to logging because I've I can't change what I don't acknowledge.
My 36s pants are starting to get tight again and that is a big RED FLAG.
I also got my but in gear with 10K steps today and will probably end the day @ 13K.
I will not drink anymore eggnog. I swear. (((Why the hell did I pick up a half gallon of this poison 1 week back..... Ranting of a sugar addict)))

sometimes does good to have a talk with yourself....you both know what you want to achieve...but you both have to be on board with the choice...you know its do able..look how far you came...now it's time to get that fire lit again..

I had to cut out the sugar last week for a couple of days. It was creating cravings I don't normally have. You're not alone. All we can do is acknowledge the mistakes and move forward. Quickly enough to raise the heart rate or dragging a tractor tire.

ah, you can get back on the wagon and kill it in no time. you know how to keto and for the next couple weeks you can definitely get those pants fitting again. the trying to eat carbs is really a hard thing to do with the resulting cravings. this time of year makes it even tougher with all the goodies everywhere.

Good luck Man! Hey, no one understands more than I do! So, for me, "Logging" is all I KNOW I can do. I then just have faith that the rest will work itself out. I just know that NOTHING good ever comes when I don't log.

You can make your own old fashioned egg nog. My favorite actually came from an Atkins site. Homemade tastes better, but you better log it as a meal!
