Still logging and my clothes still fit.
I've been quite lately because I've been in a funk. I think I need to set an daily reminder to take my D3s and my B12s in absence of sunshine and exercise.
Wearing a knee brace again and popping pain meds. Uugh
I will get better and thanks for the Fitbit message and txt from a few of my buddies.
I am still hanging in there.

stress and coffee tends to bring pain my way and naturally if I eat bad foods for me. it is a vicious cycle! worst you feel the harder it is to get right

I take my vitamins along with my first meal of the day. Guess they are supposed to absorb better that way according to my doctor anyhow.

Good to hear from you Ches. I take the d's and B-complex. I heard a long time ago (from Adele Davis) to take the B-complex as the B's work better together. It will most definitely help that funk.

Thanks all. I brought the brace with me today (11/7). Prior to my shower last night, I took it off and this morning after a few steps out of bed, there were no pain and I didn't put it back on. I've been up and about for around 3.5 hours now. Not sure, must have been the humidity or something.
