Woke at 220.4, up .2 from yesterday after an 8 pm dinner of Mediterranean Beef and Crack Chicken, followed by three big glasses of red wine. Today, I had another blueberry-kale smoothie, followed by a large coffee with protein powder. Took blood ketones an hour later and got a .1 mm reading -- definitely not in ketosis today! Ate a bit of cheese and summer sausage at 2 pm. Roast beef for dinner. UPDATE: Got into some mixed nuts and pistachios that set my daily goal back a bit. Weighed 220.0 before dinner.
